THE COMMUNITY

• A private freshwater lake community – the first of its kind in the Lowcountry
• 906 acres – approximately 950 dwelling units
• Most lakefront homesites will accommodate boat-slips

LOCATION

• In Bluffton, South Carolina - just 9 miles from Hilton Head Island; 21 miles from Beaufort, SC; 30 miles from Savannah, GA; and 98 miles from Charleston, SC
• Located 2 miles south of Highway 278 and immediately adjacent to Hampton Hall
• Initial access to the community will be provided by Hampton Parkway from Highway 278, one mile west of Buckwalter Parkway.  Future access will also be available via the Bluffton Parkway

THE LAKE

• A 165-acre freshwater lake (approximately the same acreage as a golf course)
• Including 7 miles of navigable waterways and 15 miles of shoreline
• With approximately 345 surrounding acres of nature preserve, which together with the lake create over 500 acres of open space and nature-friendly environment

AREA ATTRACTIONS

• Berkeley Place, a new town center just 2.5 miles from Hampton Lake,
  features a 12-screen state-of-the-art theater complex. A variety of shops
  and restaurants around the Center's courtyard and fountain are planned. A
  grocery store and high-tech business park are also planned for and adjacent
  site.
• More than 40 public, private and semi-private golf courses. (The Hilton
  Head area is ranked among the top 10 golf destination in the world by Golf
  Digest.)
• Over 12 miles of world-class beaches
• Arts Center of Coastal Carolina, Hilton Head
• Cultural activities, restaurants, malls, and shopping centers in Hilton
  Head; and also in Beaufort, Charleston, and Savannah - three beautiful
